We started out in 2006 when our CEO David Flatley founded PXL DESIGNS, LLC as a small web design and development studio based in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley here in Virginia. After a while, we relocated to Fluvanna County Virginia just outside of Charlottesville where we are currently focused on helping to build websites for small to medium sized, local, independently owned businesses and non-profits.
